ABOUT ME

I am a Nigerian native, born and raised in the core north of the country. While my academic pursuit led me to study Law, my fascination with entrepreneurship has always fueled my spirit. Over the years, I have explored multiple business ventures, each one blossoming into success, and further igniting the craving for fresh opportunities.

Learning remains an integral part of my life, and there’s nothing quite like learning from the experiences of others. The diverse paths people have taken and the profound lessons they’ve learnt along their journeys will always amaze and inspire me.

In my leisure moments, you’ll find me indulging in a curious guilty pleasure—I thoroughly enjoy browsing online shops, adding luxurious items to my cart, but alas, the “Checkout” button often remains untouched. Nonetheless, this habit adds a touch of excitement, leaving the possibility of a future splurge wide open!

MY COMMUNITY

I joined Upwork in the summer of 2019 and was thrilled when I earned my first $25. Wanting more Nigerians to take advantage of this opportunity, I began tweeting about my experience and as my tweets gained traction, I realized that I had the power to create a community of freelancers who shared my enthusiasm for freelancing.

The next year, I decided to start creating Upwork content on Instagram for fun. What started out as a hobby quickly blossomed as my followers began to share my posts and more freelancers joined my community. I was excited to see that my community was no longer limited to Nigerians but had spread to all seven continents, with freelancers from all over the world joining in. I am proud to have created a supportive community where freelancers can connect, share ideas and support each other on their journeys.

Through my efforts, I have not only helped to promote Upwork to a wider audience, but I have also created a space where people can come together with a shared purpose and a passion for what they do.

WHAT I DO?

I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn, which is why I offer Asana automation services to clients in different industries. From recruitment to real estate, tech, digital marketing and more, I love working with clients from diverse backgrounds and helping them build efficient workflows.

I am self taught in multiple project management tools and this knowledge sets me apart in this field. I’m able to streamline my clients’ processes and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. It’s incredibly rewarding to see projects come together seamlessly and to know that I played a part in that success.

However, I’m not content to rest on my laurels. I move quickly and next week, I just might be an astronaut! Whatever the future holds, I’m confident that my dedication to learning and experience in project management will continue to serve me well.
